DEADLINES (It takes 14 - 18 days to process orders out of the factory) To guarantee delivery before teams leave for on snow training please note the following: For Madshus: Orders must be received by Monday 10th October 2011.For all other suppliers: Orders must be received by Monday 26th September 2011. Late orders will always be accepted, depending on availability at the factory! If you want to be sure, order early.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE
The cost of delivery to UK, BFPO or EU addresses is dependent on the weight, size and number of parcels per order. Our aim is to keep delivery charges to a minimum. The cost of delivery will be advised by RMA Sports UK Ltd when we confirm the receipt of your order. Goods can be collected from our Chippenham Office by prior arrangement, free of delivery charge.

MADSHUS FACTORY COLLECTIONS – for NATO Forces training in Norway
In previous years teams could collect skis etc at the Madshus
factory. Madshus regret that this is no longer possible, but they
can deliver to an address in Norway. There will be a delivery
charge, depending upon size of orderetc. |

REFUNDS
Refunds
will be payable if goods are found faulty or damaged on receipt, only if
RMA Sports UK Ltd is informed within 7 days of receipt. This policy does
not affect your Statutory Rights or Manufacturers' Guarantees. |

VAT

this web site are exclusive of VAT -

the increase; order now!
VAT is charged at 20% on
all goods. However units training in Norway are Nato forces and thus do
not pay VAT or Norwegian Tax on Madshus deliveries in Norway, whether UK or
Germany based. Nato Forces in Germany do not pay VAT, as all goods
are zero rated to Germany based units. The relevant paper work, AF
15(10) must be submitted with order - see SOBA(G) 5205. |
